Return & Refund Policy
TapBizCard is a unit of MLAI Solution OPC Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. This Return Policy applies to purchases made through https://www.tapbizcard.com and governs the conditions under which returns or replacements may be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery.
- The NFC chip is not working or fails to function as intended.
- You have received a wrong product different from your confirmed order.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The printed details do not match the approved final design shared by you (only if the error occurred from our side).
Returns will not be accepted for minor color variations, design preferences, or changes requested after final approval.
2. Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Requests received after the specified period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized NFC business cards (except in case of manufacturing defects or functional issues).
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
- NFC cards that have been physically altered, bent, or tampered with.
- Bulk or corporate orders unless a verified manufacturing defect is found.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once your return request is received:
- Our team will review the submitted proof.
- If required, we may request the product to be shipped back for inspection.
- After verification, we will approve either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
TapBizCard reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
5. Replacement Policy
If the return is approved:
- A replacement card will be issued at no additional cost.
- Replacement processing time may take 5β7 business days after approval.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- Replacement is not feasible after inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a defect or functional issue, return shipping costs may be borne by TapBizCard.
- In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
